Resource Allocation in Social Transition:Study on Regional Differentiation of Competitive Sports

Based on the variables including total fund input,average fund input,and coach stuff,etc.,this paper makes classified study on competitive sports level of provinces in mainland of China and analyzes the relationship between them.As a result of the mechanism of state and market in the resource allocation,the big unbalance in different regions also embodies the specialty of China's social transition.It is necessary to probe into the mechanism of state and market in sport system transition to balance the developing of regional welfare,amend the welfare level of athletes,and provide theoretical support for the reform of the sport system.
