    Research on the Negotiation Strategies of the Leisure Sports Activities

    • Based on the characteristic of leisure sports activities, and use qualitative and quantitative analyses, this paper contains two relatively independent investigations.Based on interview with 60 samples, and using code reduction, categorization to analysis the date, study one sum up the negotiation strategies of the leisure sports activities.Based on investigating 408 samples and factor analysis, study two makes further exploration.The result shows that the negotiation strategies of the leisure sports activities conclude consciousness raising strategy, self-management strategy, helping relationships strategy, time management strategy, item adjustment strategy, environment supportive strategy.Individuals in different stage of leisure sports activities may adopt different negotiation strategies.
