The Feasible Study on the National Admittance of Employment of Social Sports Instructors of Mountaineering,Rock Climbing,Rafting,Bungee and Diving

By means of literature review,questionnaire,interview and Delphi,this paper takes mountaineering,rock climbing,rafting,bungee and diving as the research objects,and carries on research of feasibility that the social sports instructors implement national access system.The thesis mainly analyzes the necessity,the external and internal conditions of admittance of employment.And the internal conditions spread out the argumentations from three aspects:the mass engagement of sports,the complexity of sports skills and the risk levels of sports.The result shows that due to the complexity of skills,the large number mass engagement and the high level of risk,the instructors of mountaineering,rock climbing,rafting,bungee and diving are desiderating the admittance of employment if they live up to the external and internal conditions of the access.
