    • Using the method of literature review, this paper analyzes the biological character of ATP-sensitive potassium channels.Based on the mechanism of cardioprotection mediated by cardiac ATP-sensitive potassium channels, the research advancement on cardioprotection of Exercise Preconditioning mediated by ATP-sensitive potassium channels has been reviewed.From different research visual angle, the further prospects for research foreground on cardioprotection of exercise preconditioning mediated by ATP-sensitive potassium channels has been proposed.The main purpose is to provide new theory and thought for cardioprotection and mechanism of exercise preconditioning.
