The Regulation of Nationality Discrimination in EU Sports Area——Based on the Review of Cases

European Union establishes that Members of the EU are not allowed to discrimination against other nationalities,which is based on their role in the Economic field,in the EC treaty and other related EU legislations.As EU is in charge of Professional sports,the law that prohibits the nationality discrimination from sports area which mainly exists in Professional sports,including the discrimination against the nationalities of the athletes in both Members and non-members,are promulgated by The European Court of Justice in Bosman case and other related cases.
