Discussion on the Investment and Financing Mode Innovation of Beijing Newly-built Olympic Venues and the Operation after Olympic Games

Through using the method of literature review,logical reasoning and expert interview,this paper makes classification and summarization on the investment and financing structure and modes of Beijing eleven newly-built Olympic venues(excluding the temporary venues).Based on summarizing the experience of current investment and financing modes,the real operation dilemma after the Olympic Games under the current investment and financing modes are analyzed.Accordingly,some discussions and consideration about the newly-built venues' operation are put forwarded.
