Study of Public Sports Service System for Disabled under the Perspective of Supply and Demand Theory——A Case Study of Zhejiang Province

In order to make comprehensively understand the condition of disabled enjoying the basic sports public service system,this paper makes an empirical study of sports public service system for disabled in Zhejiang province based on public supply and demand theory,investigates the present situations about supply and demand of sports public service system for disabled,and explores the way to promote development of sports public service system for disabled.The result showed that the disabled sports population rate of Zhejiang province is very low,over 16 years old visual disability,hearing disability,physically disabled about 8.9%,but the disabled people have very strong desire to take part in sports activities,over 80% of the disabled surveyed hope that the government can establish an appropriate sports public system for disabled;the demand for a sports public service system for disabled is affected by multiple factors;disabled of different gender with different disabilities in urban and suburban areas all show low degree of satisfaction about special public sports resources.In addition,Zhejiang's supply and demand of the sports public service system for disabled is out of balance because of lack of platform to provide sports public service to disabled,insufficient supply of sports public service products,inappropriate sports public service structure,insufficient fund investment,shortage of special sports directors,inappropriate supply system,inaccessibility of information,indeterminate suppliers and their weak desire to supply.In view of the problems that have arisen in the research,some development tactics are put forwarded.
