Research on Current Public Fitness Expenditure Situation of Hunan Province

This paper,based upon theories of public economics,finance,fitness and other related theories,using the method of literature review,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,makes deeply analysis on public fitness expenditure situation of Hunan province,and points out existing problems.The result shows that 1) the ratio of Hunan public sports expenditure in culture sports and media expenditure is lower than national average level;2) Hunan sports expenditure structure is not reasonable,the proportion of expenditure has large disparity;3) The sports facilities and investment expenditure structure are not reasonable with low investment and using efficiency and;4) the fitness activities in Hunan is below the national average level in number and size;5) Sports instructors for every one hundred thousand people in Hunan province is underrepresented and social sports development in urban and rural areas is imbalanced.
