Abstract
The purpose of this study was to discuss the significant differences between mood and emotional reactivity in burnout in sports. This research used the revised Chinese edition—MBI-GS scale to select the experimental group with highest score segment and the control group with lowest score segment. The emotional pictures were selected from the International Affective Picture System, using the probability the perception paradigm, and the data both of behavior experiments and ERPs were collected. The results of behavioral experiment showed that the numbers of the judgments on emotional pictures had significant difference(P<0.05)in experimental group while had no significant difference(P>0.05)in control group. The results of ERPs showed that on the left/central/right parietal, the average amplitude of LPP(400600 ms) induced by emotional pictures had significant difference(P<0.05)in control group while had no significant difference(P>0.05)in experiment group. The conclusion suggests that the negative moods showed up in athlete burnout and the emotional context insensitivity to emotional reactivity showed up in athlete burnout. The characteristics on electrophysiology in athlete burnout showed that on the left/central/right parietal, the average amplitude of LPP(400600 ms) induced by emotional pictures had no significant difference(P>0.05).
