Exploration of Competitive Sports Transformation in Talent Training and Management System in Zhejiang Province

Zhejiang Practice has conducted active and effective explorations in the institutional arrangements of Zhejiang competitive sports talent training and management system institutionalization,as well as the system and mechanism design based on this system.Its core is the competitive sports talent training and management system institutionalization.In the aspect of talent training,Zhejiang Practice has implemented an institutional training system that includes nine-year compulsory education for competitive sports reserved talents and college education for elite athletes.And in the aspect of the system and mechanisms,Zhejiang Practice has built a new institutional management system which is called the trinity consisting of department of competitive sports,center of project management and Secretariat of Association.The mode of Zhejiang Practice has a clear reform direction and a pre-designed route,but its system and mechanism should be improved gradually.
