Building of Physical and Health Education Model of Adolescent and Intervention Strategies——Based on a Survey of Primary and Secondary Students in Shanghai

Abstract
In order to build physical and health education model of adolescent,explore effective health education intervention strategies,this study surveyed 3055 primary and secondary students in Shanghai and found that health education is influenced by 7 potential factors through Exploratory Factor Analysis.The objectivity of school,family and community education trinity model was confirmed by Confirmatory Factor Analysis.The results also show that community education lags far behind the school and family education,lower-grade students are more acceptable to health education guidance than higher-grade students.It suggests that we should improve community health education and take different health education method to different grades.
