Exploitation and Utilization of Sports Public Service Based on the Study of Parsons Function Theory——Investigation and Analysis of Public Sports Services in Fuzhou

Applying the Parsons function theory,through literature research,interview,mathematical statistics method,this paper analyzes many scholars research of our country on public sports service in recent 10 years and sports public service based on the basic theory of sports public service,discusses how to acquire sufficient resources as well as in the whole system of efficient allocation,in order to maintain the normal operation of the system and achieve target.Studies suggest that Fuzhou city sports public service in access to resources structure is basic reasonable.In total,basically meet need,but it exists the problems such as resources development mechanism lack and inadequacy ability of deep utilization of resource.
