Germany,Britain,France and Italian’s Competitive Intelligence Analysis of International Sports Patent

The use of descriptive statistics,frequency analysis and the statistics software of Ucinet 6.0 to analyze Germany,France,Britain and Italy's development trend of the sports patent,IPC and applicant in the European Patent Office.The results show that German,Britain,France and Italian's sports application meaning application amount each year,corresponding to the proportion of the total annual sports patent application at the European Patent Office was declined between 2002—2011;Germany,France,Britain and Italian's patent application research field of sports,technology association,the cluster advantages and main technological application with different characteristics between 2010—2011.It provides a reference value with the competitive intelligence for our sports patent's R & D,understanding competitor technology,R & D cluster advantage,avoid disputes over intellectual property risks.
