Commentary on the Arbitration Awards of London Olympic Games

The Court of Arbitration for Sport set up an Ad Hoc Division in the London Olympic Games,all disputes in connection with the Olympic Games shall be exclucively submitted to it,the Ad Hoc Division solved eleven cases,including cases about disputes of accreditation,field-of-play decision,no case about doping test on the occassion of London Olympic Games.This paper,employing the method of literature review and logical analysis,introducing and commenting the cases during the London Olympic Games,given summarizes the arbitration practice on the development and challenge in the area of sports law and sports arbitration.The result shows that there exists conflict among Olympic Games arbitration awards,we can modify the arbitration rules to guarantee the consistency.Jurisdiction of Ad Hoc Division must meet the time requirement and in connection with the Olympic Games.The enforcement of arbitration award should make full use of the authority of the International Olympic Committee.
