Study on Equity of Mass Sports Resources Allocation Based on Application of Gini Coefficient

This paper studies the equity of Hunan mass sports resources allocation such as manpower,matter,funds,information based on application of Gini coefficient.The result showed that public property and social sports instructor are unfair state,the per capita resource allocation of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan is higher than that of other areas;the sports culture room is impartial state relatively,but people attached great importance to quantity and urban and rural difference is significant;the sports field is impartial state on a low number of magnitude.There is a necessity to establish consciousness,perfect regulation,raise funds and improve efficiency as the countermeasures for fair allocation.
