Discussion on the Nature and Qualitative Change of Wushu

The aim of this study was to fully analyze the nature and qualitative change of Wushu,taking the angle of the Marxism epistemology and using the dialectical materialist essence and qualitative theory.The results suggest that 1) the art of attack is the essential nature of Wushu,it doesn't produce the overall qualitative change in the process of Wushu development and change.2) The qualitative change is partial,and has no effect on the essential attribute of Wushu.3) The reason of people cannot correctly understand the nature of Wushu is that people cannot understand the Wushu routine.People once thought that Wushu routine is Wushu itself.4) it is the key of accurately grasping the nature of Wushu to clarify the difference between Wushu and culture,Wushu and sport,internal elements of Wushu.
