Discussion on Classification of Civil and Commercial Legal Relations of Sports Events

Methodssuch as comparison,positive analysis,and abstractive summarization are adopted in this article.From the perspective of the civil and commercial legal relationships to examine the problems of sports industry and their causes.In my opinion,sports events are legal acts which are carried out by the subjects of sports events for the purpose of providing the products of sports competitions and concerned services and are able to cause the emergence, change and eradication of the civil and commercial legal relationships among them.The civil and commercial legal relationships of sports events can be classified into:the legal relationships about organization of sports events,the legal relationships about participation of sports events, the legal relationships about sponsorship of sports events,the legal relationships about consumption of sports events,and the legal relationships about service and guarantee of sports events, according to the internal properties of the acts of sports events.This kind of civil and commercial legal definition and classification of sports events aims to construct the legal institutions of sports events fit with the circumstances of our country,protect and enhance the core competence of sports industry,and make its due contributions to the development of our economy from the perspectives of industrialization,marketization and internationalization.
