    • As the conflict in Europe stepped into stalemate,the U.S.and USSR put their focus on the third world.In order to earn the heart of the people,Eisenhower administration organized many visits that consisted of famous sport stars and celebrities in that area.This kind of visiting aimed to show the achievement of America sport.Above all,through the communication between the public and American celebrities,it could contribute the good image of American.Although the visits to the third world states had ever won positive evaluation from native people,unfortunately,the program failed to win the heart of the public.
