China’s Sports Law Modification from Sports Ethics Perspective

Sports law is not only obey the sports ethics evaluation and value orientation,but also is complementary with sports ethics.The sports ethics is spawned sports legislation and is continuing to change the purpose of the sports legislation.From sports ethics rules of the sports law,humanism is sports ethics rules of the logical starting point of the sports law,humanitarian is sports ethics rules of the value oriented of the sports law,and humanities is sports ethics rules of the operating conditions of the sports law.Under the new historical conditions,china's sports law should adhere to the concept of sports scientific development.Therefore,legislative purpose of the sports law should be reconstructed to increase the purpose of the terms of the " people-oriented," establish the principle of the people-oriented,sports free and fair and green sports,set up citizen sports rights and its relief system,sound societies internal punishment program rules,establish personal credit system and environmental protection obligations and improve the liability provisions to modify the sports law.
