Abstract
Based on Carroll's CSR pyramid model,used the approach of open-ended questionnaires and qualitative content analysis,this paper investigates the definition and practices of professional sport club's social responsibility.The result indicates that professional sport clubs used the social responsibility as a important strategic approach to enhance the marketing sale performances,the social responsibility of professional sport clubs focus on enhancing local community of education and health conditions,improve public infrastructure,donate money to charitable organization.Meanwhile,Assessing the relationship between organizational variables such as winning,revenues,team value and social responsibility involvement.Finally,constructing a professional sport clubs social responsibility hierarchical model which include philanthropy,community,strategic,leader,ethics,law and stakeholder dimension.
