Analysis on the Sources of International Law to Insure Vulnerable Groups’ Sports Rights

International conventions have been the most important sources for vulnerable groups sports rights' protection.In addition,international customary law,general principles of law,international soft law,and international conventions also made up the main sources.International conventions have a large number of clauses about the vulnerable groups protection in sports rights.International custom which concerning vulnerable groups' rights in sports can be found in international treaty,international organizational platforms,declaration,domestic laws.General principles of law needs go though domestic legislation process and then become the sources of law to insure vulnerable groups' rights in sports.International soft law does not have the compulsory legal effect,but it can play a guarantee role on Chinese vulnerable groups' rights in sports.To make our country eventually reach or exceed the requirements of the sources of international law in the aspect of protection the sports rights of vulnerable groups,we should take some measures such as joining the relevant international conventions,actively participating in legislation of relevant international conventions and international soft law,improving the domestic judicial procedures,and transforming international law to the domestic law as well.
