The Justice of the Appeal Arbitration Procedure in the Court of Arbitration for Sport —Based on the Anti-conventionality of the Mass Arbitration

There are sharp differences between mass arbitration and conventional civil and commercial arbitration.There have been many unjustice problems in the mass arbitration when it was regulated by procedure in the conventional civil and commercial arbitration.It already had some safeguard mechanism in the mass arbitration to protect the weak party and improve the procedural justice.The appeal arbitration procedure in the Court of Arbitration for Sport also has the anti-conventionality like the mass arbitration,and it has a higher demand for the procedural justice than the conventional civil and commercial arbitration,but the Court of Arbitration for Sport puts more emphasis on the efficiency of proceeding and neglects the justice protection and cause some problems.It is suggested that the court of arbitration for sport add some rules in the code to improve the arbitration justice,expand the arbitrators discrection power and establish the arbitation watching orgnization.
