    Research and Application of Large Stadium Operation Comprehensive Evaluation Index System

    • Large stadium due to the huge amount of investment, extensive social impact, the comprehensive function is outstanding, in recent years exposed the use efficiency and the management level is not high, the layout structure unreasonable problems and contradictions, to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the large stadium operations, can improve the stadiums of basic public services, management level and the opening up and development benefits.This research adopts the Delphi method, by multiple feedback and statistics to the large stadium operations evaluation index, evaluation content, score, evaluation rules, and set up 8 first level indicators;49 second level indicators, including six aspects:the comprehensive function, infrastructure, basic management, operating efficiency, support the conditions and characteristics of innovation, to reflect the integrity and credibility evaluation system, more fully reflect the stadium operation efficiency, in order to reflect the different factors of different attributes.According to the 8 famous Stadiums on the evaluation system of the evaluation test, the index that is not easy to master index, is not strong objectivity, is difficulty to acquisition has been adjusted, and form the large stadium integrated operation evaluation index system finally.The research can reflect the main value orientation and management levels about the large stadium operations, a comprehensive evaluation of all behavior of venues related to operation management, and enhance the stadium management efficiency in a certain degree.
