    Analysis on Personal Injury Liability in Sports from the Perspective of Tort Law

    • Sports is artificial created physical activity, it's purpose is to surmount self and strengthen physical fitness.It's often reflected in the form of athletics.Relative to other social activities, it not only owns some particularities, but also some internal risks.Therefore, there will often be several personal injury accidents happened in sports.However, in judicial practice, it appears a problem that similar cases bring about different verdicts.From the perspective of Tort Law, the personal injury in sports should apply to the principle of fault liability and apply to strict liability partly.It suggests to enact judicial interpretation or related legislation to safeguard public sports interests and uniformity of law in China.
