    The Constitutional Construction of Sports Basic Rights in China

    • Sports in our legal system have undergone policy guidance and legal regulation.It promotes the protection of sports right, but has not been clearly reflected in the constitution as a basic human right, and not matches the essence of sport property.By contrast, although China has a "big gold medal", but also not a sports power.Therefore, we should combine with China's relevant provisions of the constitution, in the aspect of our constitution to construct the basic rights of sports.The 51th article of our country consittution as summarizing basic rights can carry such a task.
