Abstract
Human exercise is recognized from the view of movement and energy metabolism, with the fore as the external nature and the after as the internal nature of human exercise.The goal of sport training should be considered to injury-free and efficiently improve the capacity of energy supply, as well as the capacity of energy utilization, given the emphasis on movement mobility and stability.Movement and energy metabolism could provide some solutions for the current problems in sport training in China.
