Abstract
Aerobic and anaerobic capacity is the basis of specific endurance. It is the important content of endurance training in all sports and also a hot issue in current endurance research. The comprehension of people about aerobic and anaerobic as well as the relationship between them is a process still developing, from specific type to theoretical basis and then to the training mode.Understanding the effect to energetics in same exercise time (or distance) of muscle force modes in different movement forms (running, swimming, biking, rowing, skating) is based primarily on whether the training load and methods can learn from each other.Clarifying the dynamic variation relationship of energy supply with exercise duration and intensity is key factor of multidimensional understanding sports energy supply.Grasping the evolution of equal contribution from the aerobic and anaerobic systems is significant biological basis to improve the scientific level of endurance training.
