    An Exploration on the Insight Explaining Model of Motor Learning Efficiency

    • On the basis of the feature of motor learning, this paper tries to structure the Efficacy Model of Motor Learning (EMML) .the article discuss the mechanism of“Model-based learning”and“del-free learning”, as well as“the Represent Changing”, “the Process Monitoring”, and “the Activation Prototype”.On the basis of these discussions, the article proposes an insight mechanism of motor learning and the EMML.Following the EMML, it is suggested that the effectiveness of motor learning could be achieved through insight, which is called by the RC for model-based learning and the PM for model-free learning.Furthermore, the AP is also important for insight of motor learning and as well as that there is an interaction between learning feedback and insight.Apart from these explanations, it is suggested that the factors of learning capacity relating to insight include the knowledge of sports, the meta-cognition of sports and sports experience, and the factors of effort relating to insight include motivation encouragement, teaching style and the interaction between teachers and students.
