Abstract
Objective:To study the specific and adaptive changes of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes in resting state after the different training schemes, the training effects and its mechanism of different training schemes; To seek more effective specific training methods as some scientific reasons and references.Objects and Methods:86SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into control, endurance, intermittent, endurance+intermittent, intermittent+endurance groups, After 4weeks, 6weeks, 8weeks to extract the left rectus muscle mitochondria, and to detection the activity of the mitochondrial respiratory chain complexesⅠ, Ⅳ.Results:After 4and 6weeks training, only the activity of complex IV in E6 was significantly higher than S6;After 8weeks training, the complex I of I8 and IE8were significantly higher than S8;the Complex IV of EI8 and I8were significantly higher than that of S8, IE8 was very significantly higher than that of the S8.Conclusion:All of the four training schemes could improve the activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes I and IV, endurance training could improve fastest;Intermittent training could raise anaerobic metabolism more significantly, but the mitochondrial respiratory chain adapted more slowly;IE training might be the most beneficial to improve the aerobic metabolism.
