Objective:To verify the therapeutic and evaluation effectiveness of muscle injury by far infrared ceramic intervention after muscle injury PAR, AAR and TDPM and Active, passive muscle impact strength indicators.Methods:Injury athletes who passing by strict screening in conformity with the experimental conditions for damage were randomly divided 24 A, B, C groups of 8people, group A of massage therapy, group B in ordinary infrared therapeutic treatment, group C in the far-infrared ceramic, intervention two weeks continuous, collecting the1 st, 3rd, 7th and 14 th days after the data, and contrast between groups, within groups.Result:1) Compared with the control group A, B, there was a significant difference in the intervention group compared with the same group after 3, 7days (P<0.05) ;2) After 14 days treatment, group C compared with group A, B, there was very significant difference (P <0.01) .Conclusion:There was significantly improved performance indicators to verify the farinfrared ceramic, and it can promote muscle recovery after shares with which PAR, AAR and TDPM and active, passive muscle strength.
