Abstract
Objective:This paper makes comparative analysis on SET and EEG complexity of new period national archery team athletes in different training load condition,discusses different effect of brain function from different training load and provides objective reality to archery training.The result shows that 1)In archery training,nervous centralis excitability and training benefit can't rising with load capacity increasing,the load capacity should be in reasonable interval.Meanwhile,there is significant variation of frontal areaβfrequency band power value on LL-HLI and LL-LLI training phase,the discharge strength increase can expand more energy,although enhance the nervous centralis excitability,easy to appear tired.2)Six kinds of neurotransimitter level of athletes in LL-LLI training period was distributed as swallow,SET same as normal person.In HL-LLI period,level of 5-HT in athletes brain ascented obviously but DA level was lower than LL-LLI period.3)EEG complexity had downtrend in HL-LLI period and LL-HLI period,and remarkable lower than LL-LLI period.The athletes of these two period almost in central fatigue state and increase over time.It suggests that we should pay more attention on recovery after training,scientific training and scientific recovery is one oranic whole which can not be apart.
