Abstract
Based on the path of economic sociology,this paper finds an answer about property rights of professional sports from the game practice in organizational behavior and institutional environment.First,we find the environment-dependent evolution of western origin professional sports property,and out of the shackles of western economics,can only explore the issue of property rights of our professional sports.On this basis,we analyze the current phenomenon of property rights of our professional sports,note there have ambiguous property rights in our professional sports such as the public and private nesting property rights,the compromise property rights,the symbolic property as well as hidden public property,further analyze how there origin and show,or whether there have current reasonable and hidden mechanism.Finally,we give the theoretical logic of development of our professional sports,for service practices.
