The Legal Analysis of Good Governance in FIFA

The corruption in FIFA demonstrated that there existed some governance problems within FIFA,it should reform its internal regulations and decision making process based on the principle of good governance.While stressing the autonomy of sports organizations,it would not neglect the general principles of law and domestic mandatory rules.It should set up transparence and accountability regulations as well.The football-related awards made by CAS also demonstrated that there should be some limitation on sports autonomy.
