    A Systematic Review of Related Research on Adolescents’ Physical Activity in Western Countries Based on the Perspective of Social-ecology

    • The promotion of physical activity in adolescents has long been a priority health interventions in western countries and relevant research results has more abundant.Facing the problem that physical activity of adolescents is insufficient in China, using the advanced experience and successful practices of other countries for reference as well as explore a more effective mode to promote adolescent's physical activity has become the main task of current situation.This paper reviews the related study on adolescent's physical activity of western countries through five levels (intrapersonal factors, interpersonal factors, institutional factors and community factors, policy factors) based on a social-ecology perspective by using the research methods of literature review and logical analysis.The main purpose is to provide certain reference for relevant research in China.
