    Study on the Talents Cultivation of Undergraduate Sport Majors in China——Development and Interpretation about National Standard for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Sport Majors in Colleges and Universities

    • It is an important reflection of the further transforming government functions and streamlining administration and delegating power and the critical links to develop the national teaching standard of undergraduate sport majors for colleges and universities.At the same time,the standard is the groundwork for the long-term development and reformation of higher education.This study states the background of the development of the national standard from four aspects of development trend,deepening reform,quality assurance and the international experience and explore the standards of sport majors about five countries such as England,America,Australia,Canada and Russia.Based on structural layout,running status and general features of undergraduate sport majors and combined the task of deepening reform,connotation expansion and improving quality of higher education,this paper elaborated the process of development of the national standard.According to the whole thinking of the professional groups,the standard pay attention to the inheritance,development and innovation which include nine aspects,such as overview,applicable scope,training objectives and specifications,educational system credits and degrees,the course system and instructions,major teachers,teaching conditions,quality management,appendix.It has the characteristics of the following five aspects such as overall guiding thought,integrated top-level design,hardness with softness requirement,various measures to deepen the reform and perfect quality security system.The standard is of great significance to strengthen the construction of undergraduate sport majors in the new period,innovate talent-training mode and improve the quality of personnel training.
