The Effects of Intermittent Hypoxic Training on Aerobic Capacity of Athletes:Meta Analysis

    • By using the method of Meta analysis, this paper makes comprehensive quantitative evaluation on effects of intermittent hypoxic training for athlete's aerobic capacity,in order to provide more accurate and reliable guidance for the targeted hypoxia training and improve the quality of training.Using the Revman 5.3 software and stata 12.0 software, the literature outcomes included are analyzed.More levels of Meta regression results show that the P value of published year, gender, the Jadad score, training time are greater than 0.05;while the P value of oxygen concentration, intervention period, and training frequency are less than 0.05.The intermittent hypoxia training can significantly improve the aerobic capacity of athletes. In terms ofVO_2 max,the improvement of athletes aerobic capacity is influenced by the oxygen concentration, the intervention training period and frequency.
