Abstract
The athletes with the injury of the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) and the general patients whose knee joints are instable tend to accept reconstruction surgery.However,there is still a controversy when it is safe to return to play(RTP).Through literature analysis,the paper aims to systematically review the literature researches on the time to return to play and evaluation measures after ACL reconstruction,which would provide a reference for the study of safe return to play or sports of ACLR patients.The conclusions are as follows:the time after ACLR and outcome Measures of isokinetic strength and neuromuscular test are essential for ACLR to return to play;The research of lower extremity function test and kinematics and dynamics index is gradually increasing,and it has been proved to be closely related to the safety of the athletes to return to match;A more authoritative evaluation method and conclusion of psychological evaluation study has not been found;The most of The literature is generally lack of detailed description of the objective indicators and test results.
