Research on China’s Local Sports Legislation and Development Prospect

The China's local sports legislation is the result of the comprehensive function of the environment and mechanism of sports law in China.Through the analysis on the legislative time,area,content and pattern on the local sports legislative documents,we find out that these legislative documents have some common inherent characteristics and embody the unique features.The greatest value of China's local sports legislation is to provide fresh and rich empirical evidence and experience material for a national-level reform.As a kind of highly technical legal activities,there are many technical defects in the current local sports legislation.In the future,we should take the corresponding measures to promote the improvement of local sports legislation.
