Modes,Problems and Suggestions of Government Purchasing Public Sports Service——Based on the Research of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Guangdong

Based on the research of some provinces and city such as Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Guangdong,three modes of government purchasing public sports service are summarized as competitive independent purchase,non-competitive independent purchase and non-competitive dependencies purchase.Then,the author concluded that there exist two problems:lack of reforming endogenous impetus and institution supply.Meanwhile,the author makes an explanation about them from the perspective of governmental value orientation,stakeholders' conflict of interest and public demands.Finally,the author puts forward four suggestions on how to improve governmental purchase of public sports service.
