    Analysis on Characters of Children & Youth’s Sport Environment as well as Existing Problems in China

    • From the research summary with basic feature of the international children and youth's sport environment, and the current problems of children and youth's sport environment construction in China, this paper studies our national children and youth's sport environment construction.Through the literature review and statistical analysis, the result shows that family, community and school sport environment is the principal part of children and youth's sport environment, 1) sports concept and sports participation behavior of parents are two factors that affect the family sport environment construction; 2) community sport environment have positive relationship with HDI in the influence of children and youth's sport participation; 3) system and policies of the state and region are determinant of the school sport environment. In view of the problems of children and youth's sport environment construction lead to children and youth's sport is lagging behind, physical fitness level declines, which we must change the situation that family, community and school sport environment disintegration and development imbalance. In consideration of the fact that children and youth's sport has entered a new stage of development, this paper suggests that we should pay attention to three aspects on children and youth's sport environment in the future: 1) we should establish the concept of construction that family sport environment are foundation of children and youth's sport environment, 2) we should plan the ideas of construction that community sport environment and school sport environment balanced development, 3) we should build the model of construction that“three-dimensional, integration type”children and youth's sport environment.
