Experience of the Construction of Public Sports Service System in Developed Countries and Its Enlightenment to China

The construction and improvement of public sports service system play an important role in promoting national fitness strategy and building China's health, stimulating the vitality of the development of sports industry. By using the method of literature review and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the construction of public sports service system in developed countries.The author points out that the public sports service system has their own characteristics, but also has a lot in common in developed countries. The developed countries pay special attention to the integration of various resources to construct public sports service system in order to provide a good and comprehensive service for the public to participate in sports activities. The enlightenment mainly has the following aspects:to establish laws and policies to ensure the construction of public sports service system;to transform government functions, and actively guide the participation of citizens and social forces;to pay attention to multi level, multi sectoral coordination to provide public sports services;to form the diversified investment pattern of public sports services public finance and social capital;Sports volunteer service plays an important role in the public sports service system of the developed countries, and pays more attention to the supply of the public sports service of the vulnerable groups and special groups;the wide coverage of public sports facilities, the diversity of services and high utilization.
