Rational Remodeling of Chinese Sports System in the New Period——Reviewing the Research Approach and Exploring the Analysis Framework

Through reviewing and combing the literature, this paper discusses the research approach of Chinese sports system reform in the perspectives of economics, sociology and administration science. Based on the analysis of the remodeling essence, fundamental basis, objective and core, dynamic mechanism in the new period Chinese sports system, we established a three-dimensional linkage analytical framework including “theoretical basis-responsible target-dynamic mechanism”. We also interpreted elements of analytical framework from reconstruction of new relationship, transformation of government functions, and transition of performance evaluation. The analyses suggested that:1) follow the principle of function matching, to confirm the right characteristic of the government transfer functions;2) establish a three-inventory system, to walk away from the transformation of government functions;3) explore the collaborative governance, to give decision-making power to those who is the most close to practice;4) build a performance government, to develop leverage effect of evaluation and administrative accountability.
