Interaction between Education and Physical Education

On June 14, 2017, Chinese President Xi Jinping met with FIFA president Gianni Infantino.He pointed out:the Chinese government attached great significance to the development of football, especially juniors' football, and provided strong and consistent support for the sport. The essence of soccer lies not only in competition, but, more importantly, in enhancing people's health and cultivating people's patriotism, collectivism and the spirit of indomitable struggle. When it comes to the popularity of soccer, President Xi Jinping stressed that the efforts should be made include cultivating soccer culture throughout society and vigorously developing youth soccer. Presdent Xi's speech not only points out the direction for the development of soccer, but also stresses the direction for physical education and school physical education work. School physical education is an important part of the whole physical education work, it's the physical education in education firstly, and bear the responsibility to improve the physical and mental health, as well as strong body of each young students. From the perspective of state and nation, school physical education is to solve the problem of national quality, its value orientation mainly includesexhilarating and improving the national spirit from the aspects of state, nation and society;in terms of education, physical education is the cornerstone of education;from a personal point, physical educationis the basis for success and happiness. The promotion path of school physical education mainly includes the “trinity” of school physical education goals, means, guarantee and social effect.
