This concept is not only aimed at solving the increasingly serious global health problems caused by physical inactivity, but also effectively promoting sports into life and improving the lifestyle in an all-round way. Physical literacy has a comprehensive and profound impact on the existing sport areas such as lifetime sport participation, school sports, mass sports and high-performance sports and has promoted the reforms in these fields. It also provides the basic foundation for the integration of sport reforms and developments in these areas.
