Abstract
Driven by the entrepreneurial environment optimization and sports industry policy, sports entrepreneurship has become a new hot spot in the development of sports industry in China. Under the background that the research on social network theory guiding entrepreneurial behavior gradually deepened, this paper, adopting the methods of literature review, case study and so on, makes a qualitative research on the creation, initial survival and growth of new small and micro sports enterprises from the perspective of entrepreneur's individual social network research. The results show that 1) In the first year of the creation of new small and micro sports enterprises, the individual social network of the entrepreneurs is an effective way to obtain the entrepreneurial resources, which has a positive effect on the creation, survival and growth of the initial enterprise. 2) There are some correlation between the structural characteristics of the individual social network of the entrepreneur (such as the scale, heterogeneity, density and intensity of the relationship) and their ability of resource acquisition. 3) Influenced by the structural characteristics of the individual social network, the improvement of entrepreneur's ability to acquire resources is beneficial to the improvement of their resource integration ability, which is also beneficial to the continuous growth of the new small and micro sports enterprises in the initial stage. 4) The impact of the resource acquisition ability of the sports entrepreneurs on the ability of resource integration reflect as the influence of the entrepreneur's network ability on the opportunity ability and the strategic ability, and the three play a common role in the survival and growth of the early creation of new small and micro sports enterprises.
