Research on Current Situation, Problems and Suggestions of Public Service for Youth Sports——Analysis and Thinking of Evaluating Survey from Six Provinces and Municipality

In order to understand the status of youth sports development, General Administration of Sport of China has carried out the pre-evaluation of the implementation effect of the 13 th Five-year Plan for Youth Sports. The evaluation group took the discussion, questionnaire, interview, observation and other methods. Based on research and collection of youth sports public service materials, the author concludes that the six provinces and municipality have played a leading role in youth sports public service, there is a great difference of openness of sports venues in different provinces and cities social forces have an upsurge of running youth sports skills training institutions, etc. The problems such as the "youth sports public service" should belong to Department of Mass Sports or Department of Youth Sport, although the National Fitness Program focuses on youth, in terms of venue facilities, the emphasis is not obvious, youth sports focus on the school, the sports facilities of school are not open to students in their spare time and holidays. Finally, some solutions to the problems which exist in youth sports public service are put forward.
