Abstract
Objective: Based on the related theories of the development of the movement and the cognitive level of children, combined with the language and cultural background of our country, we have developed an evaluation scale that is suitable for the development of large muscle groups in China's preschool children. Methods: On the basis of literature analysis, the article defines the concept of large muscle movements and related evaluation dimensions, and establishes a project pool; then uses expert questionnaires to complete the screening of the scale items; and finally tests and analyzes the items through the image recording method. Completion degree, district discrimination, reliability, validity, etc., to complete the final scale and the reliability and validity test. Results: The final scale of the scale includes 10 items in three dimensions: mobile ability, object control ability, and posture control ability. The correlation coefficient among the scorers of each item was 0.954 to 0.983 (P<0.01) , the retest correlation coefficient was 0.926 to 0.997 (P<0.01) , and the Cronbach's o coefficient was0.837 to 0.861 (P < 0.01) ; each item factor The load is 0.607-0.890, and the correlation coefficient between the item and its own dimension is the lowest 0.635, which is greater than the correlation of other dimensions (P<0.01) ; the difficulty of the project is 46% ~ 81%, and the project discrimination is 0.40 ~ 0.67. Conclusion: The evaluation scale developed by the Institute for Preschool Children's Large Muscle Group Movement Development has good reliability and validity in evaluating the development of children aged 3 to 6 years. The degree of difficulty and differentiation can reflect the development level of large muscle groups in preschool children. Can be used in preschool children in our country.
