    A Systematic Review of Related Research on the Governance of Youth Sports Activities Promotionin Western Countries——Based on the Perspective of Power Allocation

    • The governance of youth sports activities promotion is a comprehensive system that requires the organic integration and coordinated operation of public sport, school sport, community sport, family sport, and sports environment construction. Its core purpose is to maximize the basic interests and social public welfare of young people through physical activity intervention. Therefore,it is necessary to incorporate it into the rule of law system to effectively realize shared governance. The theory of governance rights is maturing, laying a solid foundation for the Western academic community to systematically study the promotion of youth physical activities and its governance. The literature on the basis of clarifying the structural of theyouth sports activities promotion governance rights, issues conducted a thorough discussion on the decision right, the coordination implementation right, and supervision and evaluation from the perspective of reasonable allocation of power. These results are very conduciveto carry out the related research and work in China.
