Abstract
In recent years, network and digital technologies have been widely used in various fields of the economy and society, and have also had a profound impact on the fast-growing sports industry. However, the existing research is mostly limited to the application of technology in individual fields, and lacks a comprehensive analysis of the impact of digital network technology on the sports industry. This article analyzes the application of the network and digital technologies in the sports industry, and comprehensively sums up the new changes in production efficiency, product supply, cultural communication, business model,market structure and sports consumption in the network and digital era. The article also proposes that the application of network and digital technologies in the sports industry is still restricted by technological levels, laws and regulations and related policies. Finally,this article considers that expanding the depth and scope of application of network and digital technologies is an important way to promote the transformation and upgrading of sports industry. The government should also start from the aspects of top-level design,social participation, infrastructure, data sharing, laws and regulations, and personnel training, and give full play to the leading role of network and digital technologies in the high-quality development of the sports industry.
