Research on Legal Issues Related to the Deepening Reform of China’s Sports

The way to reform sports is to build the rule of law.The peculiar locality,complexity,and graduality in the deepening reform of China's sports have determined that it will inevitably achieve transformation and upgrading through the construction of sports rule of law.This is a process of continuous exploration,discovery and solution.Under the framework of comprehensively advancing the rule by law,the in-depth analysis of the experience and lessons of sports rule of law construction in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,and sorting out and summarizing the major problems and difficulties in the process of sports reform in China.Examining and solving the three major issues of national fitness strategy,competitive sports reform,and sports industry development from a legal perspective,taking the deepening reform of football as the breakthrough point,and reforming the sports dispute resolution mechanism as the starting point,and finally realizing the rule of law and governance of China's sports development modernization of the system.
